Print application, fill out, and send application along with $25.00 application fee, photocopy of ID, and 2 current pictures to:
All contestants must pay a registration fee, which may be paid by sponsorship. The Registration Fee is $25.00, and is payable through PayPal or submitted by check or money order and may be mailed to the Miss WV Bikini USA Headquarters prior to the competition.
